June A. Johnson, age 80 of Paducah, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at her home. She was born January 13, 1938 in Cincinnati, OH, the daughter of Robert and Emma (Armolt) Brown. She married Edgar "Ed" Johnson on April 28, 1956 in Apopka, FL. June is survived by her loving husband, Edgar "Ed" Johnson of Paducah, KY; one son, Guy (Yvette) Johnson of Wickliffe, KY; one daughter, Tammy (Bill) Stubbs of Celestine, IN; five grandchildren, Crystal Villar, William R. Stubbs, Ellen Stubbs, Lexi Johnson and Eli Johnson; two great grandchildren, Kimberly Villar and Bristol Persinger; daughter in law, Jeanisse Percival Johnson of Daytona Beach, FL; one brother, Robert Brown of Chattanooga, TN; other relatives and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jimmy Dale Johnson. June was a member of the Volusia County Baptist Church in Orange County, FL. She enjoyed writing and recording songs, writing poems and arranging flowers. Funeral services for June A. Johnson will be at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Pastor Guy Johnson officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 12:00 p.m. in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
