Judy Dale Gunn

Judy Dale Gunn, age 77 of Cobden, died Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Integrity Healthcare in Anna. She was born June 13, 1944 in Cobden, the daughter of Henry and Vivian (Hill) Basler. She married Terry Gunn in 1964. He preceded her in death on April 8, 2001. Judy is survived by her daughter, Melissa Gunn of Cobden, son, Shawn Gunn of Carbondale; three grandchildren, Cheyenne Trexler, Austin and Cameron Gunn; great-grandchildren, Maverick and Oakley; sister, Jane (Don) Cerny of Jonesboro; brother, Larry (Carlene) Basler; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Terry Gunn. Judy was an avid gardener. She worked at the Florsheim Shoe Factory in Anna, A-J Motors as a car detailer and later as a caregiver. She will be deeply missed by her family. Graveside funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021 at the Cobden Cemetery with Father Uriel Salamanca officiating. Interment will immediately follow. Those attending are asked to go directly to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
