Judy Louise (Sadler) Dillow went home to Jesus on June 7, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born to Irvin and Velma Sadler on January 14, 1940. She grew up in a loving family and shared 16 brothers and sisters.
She was married to the love of her life, Halford Dillow, for more than 50 years. Judy was a devoted and hardworking farmer’s wife, who took great pride in caring for her family, home and the farm.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving wife and mother, Judy also loved her church, New Hope Baptist. Judy was a Sunday school teacher, music leader, and trusted spiritual leader. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.
If you couldn’t find Judy at home or on the farm, you could probably find her on the ball diamond. Her love and talent for the game were extensive, and she never missed a chance to catch her St. Louis Cardinals on tv.
Those left to cherish Judy’s memory include her two sons Carl (Suzanne) Dillow and Steve Dillow, grandchildren Kristen (Chris) Hodges, Kasie (Chris) Ellis, Brock (Alexa) Buckner, and Kenzie Dillow, and great-grandchildren Cash Hodges, Hunter Dillow, Cobie Hodges, Hayden Dillow, Rhett Buckner and Bennett Buckner. She is also survived by her sisters Lois Cruse and Linda Osman, and brothers Paul Sadler and Eddie Sadler and three sisters-in-law Kay (Paul) Shukis, Marilyn (Ron) Beanland and Melinda Dillow.
Judy joins her husband Halford, mother and father, several siblings and other family members in Heaven.
Judy’s family wants to extend a special thank you to the wonderful caretakers that treated Judy like family, Melody Richardson, Tonya Marshall, and Jackie Penrod. Their care and love towards our beloved Judy didn’t go unnoticed and is appreciated more than they will ever understand.
