Judith Ann Ferguson-Parks

Mrs. Judith Ann Ferguson-Parks, age 74 of Anna, died at 12:51 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born March 21, 1942 in Moline, the daughter of Earl Hester and Ruth Pricilla Whicker. She married Richard Parks on June 5, 1992 in Paducah, Ky. Judith is survived by her loving husband, Richard Parks of Anna; two children, Melissa Van Steen and Martha Coplan all of Houston, Tx.; two grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Judith was of the Episcopalian Faith. She was a retired substance abuse counselor. Private family services for Mrs. Judith Ann Ferguson-Parks will be held at a later date.
