Jonathon Michael Brim

Jonathon M. Brim, age 39, was born to Michael and Deirdre (Brim) Bradley on February 9, 1985. He went to be with God on June 21, 2024.

Jonathon served in the United States Army. He loved camping, hiking, or anything that had to do with the outdoors. He was a free spirit and enjoyed moving around, seeing new places, and meeting new people.

He loved animals, especially his fur baby, Zeda. He would go everywhere with her, always making sure she was very well taken care of. Zeda will miss him. What Jonathon loved the most was his family. He touched all their lives in many different ways. He enjoyed helping them whenever he was with them. He had a very special bond with his two sisters and cousins.

All his nieces and nephews loved him so much. They said he was the "fun uncle," always taking them to the park or just acting like a kid himself.

He helped take care of his grandparents when they were both sick, helping his Aunt Annie as much as he could.

Jonathon is survived by his mom, Deirdre James and step-dad Michael James, both of Herrin; two sisters, Jessica (Ryan) Knupp of Jonesboro and Tiffany Bradley of Dix; aunt, Annie (Richard) Wade of Goreville; uncle, Samuel Brim, Jr. of Jonesboro; first cousins, Stephanie, Ashley, Whitney, Randi, Christina, Angie, and Brandon, as well as many second and third cousins; nieces and nephews, Jonni, Angell, Conner, Vivvian, Tristan, Houston, Noah, Ryker, and Emberlynn; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his dad, Michael Bradley, and grandpa, Samuel K. Brim. He will be missed by all and loved forever.

Funeral services for Jonathon Michael Brim will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Mark Hasty officiating. Interment will follow in the Anna Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
