John Peter Grimm

Mr. John Peter Grimm, age 61 of Buncombe, died at 11:35 a.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 in the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was born October 22, 1954 in Toronto, Canada, the son of Noel and Mary Jo (Beasley) Grimm. He married Kathy Trexler on January 8, 2016 in Vienna. John is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Grimm of Buncombe; son, Nicholas Grimm of Carbondale; daughter, Katy (Craig) Harness of Kansas; other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. John worked as a laborer for twenty-seven years. He was a loving husband and father. The family would like to give a special thank you to Kevin and Michelle Starr and the Cape First Church for their support during his illness. Services for Mr. John Peter Grimm will be held privately for the family.
