John A. Brewer

Mr. John A. Brewer, age 67 of Anna, died at 4:13 p.m. Sunday, November 29, 2015 at his home. He was born September 17, 1948 in Carbondale, the son of Clyde Everett and Catherine (Riechart) Brewer. John is survived by his wife, Nadine Brewer of Anna; one brother, Clyde Wayne (Lois) Brewer of Goreville; two sisters, Helen Janet (Gary) Morrison of Goreville, and Karen (Lee) Boner of Lake of Egypt; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew, Jimmy Morrison. John attended Southern Illinois Country Church. He was a member of Local 143 Plasterers and Cement Masons, and was a member of the Union County Coon Club. Funeral services for Mr. John A. Brewer will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Ken Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Goreville. Friends may call after 10:00 and until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Hebron Cemetery. Envelopes will be available in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
