Joann S. Theis

Joann S. Theis, age 80 of Dongola, died Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at the Integrity Healthcare in Anna. She was born September 2, 1941 in Anna, the daughter of Herman Otto and Mary Lucille (Groves) Theis.

Joann is survived by her brother, Richard (Julia) Theis of Dongola; two sisters, Arlene Hallers of Spring Hill, TX, and Jane (Henry) Samvoie of Port Richy, FL; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Joann was a member of the Dongola Lutheran Church. She loved to go camping with her mother and travel to Florida for the winters. Joann was very well liked and had many friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
