Jerry W. Tripp

Mr. Jerry W. Tripp, age 62 of Anna, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. He was born December 21, 1953 in Anna, the son of Ernest and Susie Isabel (Earnhart) Tripp. He married Jerry Lynn Clay on December 27, 2009 in Royalton. Jerry W. is survived by his wife, Jerry Lynn Tripp of Anna; three children, Chad Childers of Port Orford, OR, Amber Tripp of Marseilles, and Tristan (Ashley) Tripp of Carterville; three grandchildren, Lane Childers, Landon Childers and Tenzly Tripp; two sisters, Janet (Don) Verble of Jonesboro, and Betty Jane Lorton of South Bend, IN; two brothers, Tom (Carolyn) Tripp of Anna, and Gary (Darlene) Tripp of Houston, TX; sister in law, Carlene Tripp of Anna; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Don Tripp. Jerry W. was a member of the Anna First Baptist Church. He worked construction for many years. He was a wonderful husband , he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and fishing in his spare time. Funeral services for Mr. Jerry W. Tripp will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Les Sinks officiating. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. and until the service hour at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
