Jeanne Lynn Dalton

Jeanne Lynn Dalton, age 48, of Makanda, died Tuesday, March 26, 2019 in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. She was born on November 27, 1970 in Carbondale, the daughter of James William and Betty Joanne (Baggett) Rowan. Jeanne is survived by her parents, James William and Betty Joanne Rowan of Dongola; fiancé, Joey Brinkmeier of Makanda; children, Charles Lee Kimmel, Austin Shane Kimmel, Delilah Jane Dalton all of Makanda, Robert Dale Dalton of Carbondale; six grandchildren; three brothers, James William Ivan Rowan of Dongola, Joseph David Rowan of Jonesboro, and Roger Allen Rowan of Anna; one sister, Anita Marie Elliot of Dongola; other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 28, 2019 in the Rowan Cemetery in Makanda with Dennis Nance officiating. Interment will immediately follow. Everyone attending is asked to go directly to the cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes will be made available at the cemetery and the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home.
