Janice Mary "Jan" Cook

Mrs. Janice Mary "Jan" Cook age 43 of Anna, died at 6:08 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at her home. She was born June 16, 1970 in Cape Girardeau, MO, the daughter of George Ray Tucker Jr. and Clara Mae Goodman Tucker. Jan is survived by her daughter, Ashley Cook of Anna; husband, Kevin Cook of Anna; two grandchildren, Braxton Knupp and Jacklynn Kennedy; mother, Clara Mae (George) Mehring of Vergennes; sister, Pam (Tony) Newman of Lick Creek; nephew, Tony Jo (Britany) Newman of Lick Creek; niece, Rebecca (Adam) Cunningham of Anna; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father and infant daughter, Kimberly Jo Cook. Funeral services for Mrs. Janice Mary "Jan" Cook will be at 1:00 p.m. January 7, 2014 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Randy Morgan officiating. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery in Lick Creek. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
