Janette Sue Murray

Mrs. Janette Sue Campbell Murray, age 73 of Anna, died at 4:25 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in the Union County Long Term Care in Anna. She was born February 28, 1941 in Cobden, the daughter of James B. and Stella Ruth Campbell. She married James H. "Jimmy Murray on June 10, 1972 in Anna. He preceded her in death on July 25, 1999. Sue is survived by her daughter, Janette Dawn (Tommy) Goff of Fort Eusis, VA.; two grandchildren, Jamison Goff and Kaylynn Goff; twin brother Don (Toni) Campbell of Cobden; sisters, Shirley (Sonny) Basler of Cobden, Judy (Jerry) Smith of Lebanon, IL; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, James H. "Jimmy" Murray. Sue was of the Baptist Faith. She was a member of the Senior Circle, the V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Anna Moose Ladies Auxiliary. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Janette Sue Murray were at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 in the Cobden Cemetery with Judy Smith officiating. Interment was in the Cobden Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes are available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
