Hazel M. (Flick) Reichrath

Hazel M. Reichrath, age 88 of Anna, died Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Integrity Healthcare of Anna. She was born on January 7, 1936, the daughter of George and Julia Flick. She married John L. Reichrath in 1960. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1988.

Hazel is survived by her son, Gary Reichrath of Milford, Delaware. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Vicky Chamness; three sisters and three brothers.

For many years, Hazel worked as a certified nurse's assistant at Union County Hospital.

Graveside funeral services for Hazel Reichrath will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, November 4, 2024, at the Anna Cemetery with Rev. Mark Goins officiating. Interment will follow. Visitation will take place from 1:30 pm until the service time of 2:00 pm Monday, November 4, 2024, at the cemetery. Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna is in charge of arrangements.
