Harold Gene Taylor

Mr. Harold Gene Taylor, age 84 of Anna, died at 11:58 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born February 10, 1928, the son of Lowell and Mannie Taylor. He married Mary Catheryn Dillow on September 11, 1954 in Danville, IL. Harold is survived by his wife, Mary Catheryn Taylor of Anna; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Murrie Taylor, Harold Taylor, Bob Taylor and Roy Taylor; and one sister Betty Taylor.Harold was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Anna, the SEMO Deaf Club and the Senior Citizens Club of Belleville. He was a 1949 graduate of the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, Illinois. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Harold Gene Taylor will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 27, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Father Federico Higuera officiating. Interment will be in the Resurrection Cemetery in Danville, Illinois at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. and until the service hour on Monday, August 27, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
