Harold Gene Biggs

Harold Gene Biggs, age 86 of Mounds, died Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. He was born April 13, 1933 in Cobden, the son of Ralph Biggs and Helen (Winstead) Morey. Harold is survived by his daughter Valery (Kevin) Burns of Mounds; grandchild, Dezmen Biggs; brother, Gerald L. Biggs of Pullman, WA; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services for Harold Biggs will take place at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Mound City National Cemetery. Those attending are asked to go directly to the cemetery. Military honors will be conducted by a ritual team of area veterans.
