Gwendolyn Kelley

    Gwendolyn Kelley, age 58 of Carbondale, formerly of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, August 26, 2026 in Carbondale. She was born on March 18, 1968 in Cape Girardeau, MO, the daughter of Ronald and Diane (Harvel) Kelley.

    She is survived by her son, Braxton Harvel Kelley Kristoff; grandson, Owen Kristoff; father, Ronald (Jeannie) Kelley; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death her mother, Diane Harvel; maternal grandparents, Dempsy and Thelma Harvel and aunt, Charlotte Harvel.

    Gwendolyn graduated from Anna-Jonesboro Community High School. She was a devoted animal lover.

    Graveside services for Gwendolyn Kelley will be held at a later date. Further details will be announced by Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Union County Animal Control. Envelopes will be available at the graveside service and at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home.
