Glenn Edward Tellor

Mr. Glenn Edward Tellor, 76, of Jonesboro, died at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Jonesboro Rehab & Care Center. He was born May 24, 1935 in Jonesboro, the son of Elmer and Flossie Orrick Tellor. He married Judy Kay Aden on April 27, 1963 in Anna.Glenn is survived by his wife, Judy Tellor of Jonesboro; 2 daughters, Patty (Steve) Landreth of Anna and Tammy (Paul) Dillon of Anna; 1 son, Timmy (Janie) Tellor of Anna; 1 brother, David Tellor of Anna; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Roger Tellor; 4 brothers; and 3 sisters.Glenn served his country in the United States Air Force and then became a policeman for the city of Anna where he retired in 1993. He was a member of the Anna Moose Lodge #1346 and a lifetime member of the Illinois Police Association.Private graveside services for Mr. Glenn Edward Tellor will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 17, 2011 in the Anna City Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Aldridge officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna and at the cemetery.
