Gerald Leon "Gary" Keller

Gerald Leon Keller, age 85 of Cobden, passed away June 13, 2023. He was born July 29, 1937 in Dongola, the son of Festus Lowell and Cleta Lilimae (Sheffer) Keller. Gary married Judith Anita Fuller on December 7, 1957 in Boonville, MS.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Judy Keller of Cobden; daughter and son in law, Toni and Rusty Flamm of Cobden; grandchildren, Jordi (Chad) Pitts, Ellie (Kyle) McDaniel, Joseph (Alison) Flamm, Eric (Amanda) Flamm, Sydne Miller, Beatryss Miller (Jesse Adams); six precious great-grandchildren, Kellen, Lucas, Beckett, Lily, Kamryn, and Sophie; sister, Sandi Holderfield; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Tamara Miller; parents; and two sisters, Lila Childers and Sharon Lasley.

Gary's pride and joy was always his family. He made special forest trails to take his daughters on rides and later his grandchildren. He taught his daughters how to ride minibikes and later motorcycles. After retirement Gary would babysit his grandsons, his world was simply his children and grandchildren. Gary was an avid gun collector and loved riding around in his red Corvette.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Billy Carter. Interment will be in the Casper Cemetery. Friends may visit after 11:00 a.m. and until the service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Tamara Memorial Scholarship Fund or Union County Hospital in Anna. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
