Gary Elmo Jones

Gary Jones, age 75 of Anna, died Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at his home. He was born September 20, 1946 in Hanover, PA, the son of Elmo and Kathryn (Kuhn) Jones. He married Maureen Mowery on August 8, 1968 in Anna.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Maureen Jones of Anna; children, Janie (Brian) Galloway of Indian River, South Carolina, and Brian (Faith) Jones of Boling Brook, IL; five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Davin, Nicholas and Abigail; siblings, Shirley Monn-Myers of Chambersburg, PA, Bruce Jones of Hanover, PA, Darlene Cline of Camp Hill, PA; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Richard and Larry Jones.

Gary worked thirty years as a draftsman for Caterpillar in Montgomery. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for many years. After retirement he and Maureen have spent time traveling over the last twenty years mostly in Texas.
