Frank Wayne Elkins

Frank W. Elkins, age 60 of Anna, died Monday, September 17, 2018 at his home. He was born on April 5, 1958 in Milwaukee, the son of Frank Max Wayne and Ruth Elaine (Williams) Elkins. He married Kimberly (Rohlfing) in 1983 in Anna. Frank is survived by his wife, Kimberly Elkins of Anna; daughter, Jennifer and son Nicholaus; grandchildren, Abby, Emma, Jake and Hunter; two sisters, Angela & Myra; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. According to his wishes he will be cremated and no service held.
