Fran White-Boes

Mrs. Fran White-Boes, age 86 of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, formerly of Anna, died at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in the Avera Hart Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She was born February 8, 1930 in Akron, OH, the daughter of Alva and Daisy (Pitts) White. She married her true love and soul mate, Lyle Boes on December 9, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV. Fran is survived by her loving husband, Lyle Boes of Sioux Falls, SD; one daughter, Mary Gorius of La Quinta, CA; one son, Rick Schmidt of Madison, SD; four brothers, Bob (Shirley) White of Cape Girardeau, MO, Bill (Kathy) White of Bloomington, Don (Margaret) White of Springfield, Carl (Shirley) White of Makanda; one sister, Mary Ruth (Don) Hawk of Carterville; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded death by her parents. Fran worked for Eileen's Fashions in Sioux Falls for many years. After she married Lyle, she served as the CFO for their family business, Family Drug for twenty five years. She enjoyed playing bridge, traveling, cooking, entertaining and warm weather. She and Lyle found much happiness spending time together outdoors, relaxing on their deck an making the most of each and every day. She also found happiness spending time and playing with her daughter's shih tzu, Daisy. Funeral services for Mrs. Fran White-Boes will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Todd Hawk officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
