Esther Grimm

Mrs. Esther Grimm, age 82 of Jonesboro, died at 10:37 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2016 at her daughters home in Villa Ridge. She was born on October 13, 1933 in Royalton, the daughter of Roy Lee and Vera (Butler) Bohannon. She married Homer Grimm in Norfolk, VA. Esther is survived by her loving husband, Homer Grimm of Jonesboro, one son, Gary (Beverly) Grimm of Columbiana, OH, one daughter, Pam (Darin) Morris of Villa Ridge; four grandchildren, Gerard (Chelsea) Grimm, Stephen Grimm, Kacey (Colt) Garrett and Jared Morris; one great grandson, Gibson Grimm; two brothers, Rev. Bill (Marcy) Bohannon of East Alton, Paul (Jane) Bohannon of Anna; several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Albert Bohannon and one sister, Emma Trammel. Esther attended church of the Nazarene. She loved playing the organ and loved music. Funeral services for Mrs. Esther Grimm will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2016, in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Gary Clark officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery.Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to United Methodist Church of Anna for the Loaves and Fishes food program. Envelopes will be available in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
