He is survived by his children Madison and Graham Baker; mother of his children Kerry Baker; sister Jama Wolf; nephews & niece Jake, Whitney, & Conway Wolf; Ben & Nick Wolf; grandmother Jean Graham; Madison & Graham's grandparents Terry & Judy Schreder; uncle Rolla (Jo) Baker; special cousin Judy Stegle; cousins; family; & friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack L. & Betty (nee Graham) Baker, grandfather Doyle Graham, grandparents Effie & Rolla Baker; & special aunt Wilma Morris. Eric was a member of SS Peter & Paul Church, Knights of Columbus #1334, Monroe County Historical Society, Waterloo Planning Commision, unofficial McDonald's Coffee Club, Chamber Board Member, former franchise owner of Waterloo Dairy Queen, Waterloo Football Coach for 12+ years, former alderman, member of State Champion AJ Wildcats Football Team in 1984, & AOPA Flight Club.As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to:Madison & Graham's Education Fund
