Elizabeth E. Dillow

Elizabeth Dillow, age 94 of Anna, died Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Jonesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born July 22, 1924, the daughter of Clyde and Emma (Roach) McMillion. She married Lester J. Dillow on October 24, 1944. He preceded her in death in 2001.Elizabeth is survived by her son, James (Pauline) Dillow of Cobden; daughters Sandra (Don) Galbraith of Clinton, AR; Shirley (Charles) Woods of Anna; grandchildren John (Nancy) Galbraith, Lee (Tabitha) Galbraith, Kristine (Rob) Benak, Cynthia (Josh) Easton, and Charles Woods; six great grandchildren; siblings Harold (Alice) McMillion of Harahan, LA; Betty Perkins of Murphysboro; Donald McMillion of St. Rose, LA; Howard McMillion of Harahan, LA; and Jane (Don) King of Cross Hill, SC; sister in law Helen McMillion of Ponchatoula, LA; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Lester J. Dillow, her parents Clyde and Emma (Roach) McMillion, and brother Leroy McMillion.Elizabeth was of the Pentecostal Faith. She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post #3455 since 1964 and served as past president.Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Interment will be in the Casper Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the V.F.W. Auxiliary. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
