Mr. Edgar O. Fuller, age 89 of Anna, entered Heaven's door on June 3, 2013 at 9:36 am at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born in Union County on June 12, 1923, the son of Chester A. and Zora Mae (Pearce) Fuller. They preceded him in death. Edgar married Jeanette Smith on December 20, 1947 and she survives. Edgar proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII and he was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Anna. He liked fishing and gardening and enjoyed being with his family. Edgar is survived by his wife Jeanette of Anna; two sons, Larry (Verna) Fuller of Cobden and Kevin (Marla) Fuller of Jonesboro; one daughter, Debra (Robert) Taylor of Crab Orchard; eight grandchildren, Jeremy (Jennifer) Fuller of Millstadt, Erin (Jerod) Berry of Harrison, AR, Becky (Sean) McDonald of Creal Springs, Beverly (John) Bain of Pittsburg, Brian Taylor of Brooklyn, NY, Christopher (Kacie) Fuller of Anna, Haley Fuller of Dongola and Charlotte Fuller of Jonesboro; nine great-grandchildren, Keagan, Kyle, Kolby and Kelsey McDonald, Savannah, Sydney, Scott and Sara Bain and Stephanie West; one brother, Don Fuller of Crawfordsville, IN; three sisters, Bernice (Mont) Starns of Crawfordsville, Helen Sanders of Anna and Faye Nellis of Carbondale; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded by a sister, Frieda McKinney and one brother, Chester Glen Fuller. Funeral services for Mr. Edgar O. Fuller will be conducted on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with the Rev. Richard Keeley officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery with military honors conducted at the graveside by the Carroll P. Foster Post #3455 of the VFW of Anna and the Illinois National Guard Funeral Honors Team of Marion. Friends may call at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 from 5 until 8:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Anna Church of the Nazarene. Envelopes will be available at the Funeral Home.
