Earlene Osman

Earlene Osman, age 92 of Anna, died at 9:30 pm Monday, December 27, 2010 in the Jonesboro Rehab and Health Care Center. She was born on September 24, 1918, the daughter of Calvin & Sarah (Reynolds) Lott. Earlene married Wayne Osman on May 25, 1957 in Cornith, Mississippi, and he preceded her in death on September 6, 1997. Earlene was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro.Survivors include a daughter, Martha (Tom) Greenwood of Jonesboro and one son, John (Linda) Nicholson of Clinton; six grandchildren, Neil (Connie) Greenwood, Chris (Lisa) Greenwood, Tracey Greenwood, Tim (Gina) Greenwood, Stacey (Rusty) Hicks, Lori (Jerry) Ellrick; twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, John C. Lott, Jr. of Chester, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne; one son, Terry Nicholson; two brothers, Arthur and Clifton Lott; one sister, Pearl Vaughn and a great-grandson, Brendan Greenwood.Funeral Services for Earlene Osman will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 31, 2010 at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Rev. Joe Aldridge & Rev. Todd Plunkett officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, December 31, from 11:00 am until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm. The preferred form of remembrance is memorials to the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro and envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
