Dorothy Pauline (Strickland) Fleener

Dorothy Pauline (Strickland) Fleener passed away at her home in Cobden, IL at the age of 74.  She was the daughter of Mearl (Garwood) Morales and Bud Strickland born April 24th, 1950 in Brownwood, TX.

She married Larry Fleener on April 20th, 1978 in Leavenworth, KS.   She is survived by her sister Patricia (Strickland) Christoper and her husband John Christopher of Guthrie, OK, her sister Mildred Strickland of The Colony, TX, as well as by her daughter and Son-In-Law Jennifer and Jeremy Fuller and the two faces that brought her the most joy, her grandchildren Rebecca and Nathan Fuller who live in Millstadt, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Robert Strickland of El Paso, TX and twin infant brothers.

We know she will be reunited with them all and is especially glad to hug her Mom again through heavens's gates.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday November 8, 2024 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Randy Wright officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the Anna Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Village in Anna. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home.
