Dorleska Berniece Wiley

Mrs. Dorleska Berniece Wiley, age 90 of Ocala, Florida, formerly of Carbondale, died at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Monroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala. She was born August 18, 1924 in Anna, the daughter of Hollie R. and Helen Culp Sitter. Berniece is survived by her loving daughters, Dorleska Chunn and Jane (Ray) Wilson all of Ocala, Florida; two grandchildren, Brian N. (Khara) Chunn of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and Brad M. (Erin) Chunn of Brighton, Michigan; four great-grandchildren, Kendal Chunn, Ainsley Chunn, Maxwell Chunn and Emerson Chunn; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Raymond H. Sitter and one sister, Louise Morrow. Berniece was an active and faithful member of the University Baptist Church in Carbondale since the early 1950's, and was very involved in the Clothes Closet at the University Baptist Church. Berniece was very proud of her career as a clerk with Sears Robuck Company, she retired after thirty-five years of service. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Dorleska Berniece Wiley will be at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in the University Baptist Church in Carbondale with Rev. John Annable officiating. Interment will be in the Anna City Cemetery with graveside services following at the cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 and until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in the University Baptist Church in Carbondale. Memorial contributions may be made to the University Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna and at the Church.
