Donald "Ducky" Rangel

Donald "Ducky" Rangel, age 64 of Anna, IL, passed away at Southeast Missouri Hospital on January 1, 2021 at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his mother, Consuela Rangel, and his grandparents, Joaquin and Agrippina Rangel. Ducky leaves behind his Mulberry Manor family and many other friends who adored him. Donald was born on September 21, 1956 in Peoria, Illinois and had lived at Mulberry Manor, in Anna, since 2008. Donald enjoyed spending time in the offices of staff, where he held many important "meetings". His favorite things were "clicky pens", clip boards and paper. He would spend hours taking notes, talking on the phone and just being the best administrative assistant that one could ask for. Ducky has taught many that love and friendship go beyond words, and that individuality is what makes this world so beautiful. We are all equal members of humanity and to know Ducky was to know that "different does not mean less". You will forever be in our hearts, little man.
