Deon Wayne Warden

Deon Wayne Warden, age 54 of Jonesboro, died Sunday, January 21, 2024 at his home. He was born on February 11, 1969 in St. Louis, MO, the son of Vernon Leon and Betty (Eads) Warden. He married Tina Croy on January 27, 1990. She preceded him in death on May 28, 2016.

Deon is survived by his children, Tyler Shane Warden, Brittany Nicole Warden and Jonathan Cole Warden; his parents, Vernon Leon and Betty Warden; siblings, Theresa Warden, Lisa Turner and Dean Warden; his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Alexis, Samuel, Crystal and Ely; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tina Warden.

Deon was a member of the Refuge Worship Center in Ware. He owned and operated his own painting business, primarily painting water towers. He was a jack of all trades, able to fix anything. He loved to help those in need. He is loved and will be missed by his family and many friends.

Funeral services for Deon Warden will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Interment will follow in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the funeral home.
