Debra Barrar

Debra Barrar, age 72 of Anna, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. She was born June 16, 1953 in Peoria, the daughter of Jesse and Mary Virginia (McCormick) Masters.

Debra is survived by her children, William "Billy" (Julie) Short, Heather  (Scott) Brown, Kimberly Short, and Tara (Joel) Heath; grandchildren, Kara Short, Xan Smith, Grayson and Shayden Heath, Trenton and Allyson Brown; sisters, Barb (Randy) Johnson and Peggy (Wally) Smith; brother, Mike (Angie) Masters; several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Leroy and Gary Masters. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
