David Wayne Eubanks

David Wayne Eubanks, age 61 of Anna, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born April 21, 1959 the son of Frank Otto and Delorse Elizabeth (Davis) Eubanks. He is survived by his sisters, Cricket "Sue" (Juan) Velasques of Jonesboro, Debbie (Alby) Cormack of Warsaw, MO,Tiny Diaz of Percy, IL, Crystal Cotzjay of Murphysboro, IL; his brothers, Frankie (Dawn) Martin of Pocahontas, MO,Bill Eubanks of Cobden, IL, Shawn Eubanks of Cobden, IL; a sister in law, Sue Eubanks of Des Moines, IA; many other relatives and friends. He was precededin death by his parents, sisters Sally Jo Eubanks and Darlene Tipton, a brother, Raymand Eubanks and a niece, Kimberly Eastin. David worked as a laborer and loved spending time with family and friends. Graveside services for David Eubanks will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Busby Cemetery in Goreville with Rev. Bon Reynolds Officiating. Interment will immediately follow. Everyone attending is asked to go directly to the cemetery.
