David Allen Broadway

David Allen Broadway, age 36 of Cobden, died Sunday, September 30, 2018 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. He was born March 3, 1982 in Carbondale, the son of Gary and Shirley (Pearson) Broadway. He married Cindy Farris on May 2, 2015 in Anna. David is survived by his wife, Cindy Broadway of Cobden; parents, Gary & Shirley Broadway of Jonesboro; brother, Gary Jr. (Kelsey) Broadway of Makanda and their children, Annabelle and Daniel; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Pearson; father and mother in law, Jerry (April) Farris of Jonesboro; three brothers in law; one sister in law; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; maternal grandmother; aunts and uncles. David was a member of the Lighthouse Church in Anna. He worked for several years as an auto mechanic. David enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time. He dearly loved his family and spending time with his niece and nephew. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman in Cobden with Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 and until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden.
