Darrell W. Hannahs

Darrell W. Hannahs, age 86, of Brainerd, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2025, at Essentia Health – St. Joseph's Medical Center. Darrell was born on November 4, 1939, in Brainerd, to parents Buzz and Marjorie Hannahs. He proudly served his country in the United States Armed Forces for 21 years. He was blessed with three children: Darrell Bruce (Patty) Hannahs, Kimberly Dawn (Mike) Adams, and Allie Greenway. He is survived by his brother, Butch Hannahs; sisters, Vicki Starkka and Kathy (Noel) Wagner; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Donna (Penland) Hannahs; and his second wife, Marilyn Sue (Greenway) Hannahs. Interment will be held at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025.
