Danny L. Treece

Mr. Danny L. Treece, age 70 of Jonesboro, died at 10:17 p.m. Sunday, September 10, 2017 in the Union County Hospital. He was born October 3, 1946 in Anna, the son of Hollie and Ruby (Garrett) Treece. Danny is survived by three aunts, Leona Treece of Paducah, KY, Betty Garrett of Anna and Martha Garrett of Jonesboro; three nephews, Kerry Treece of Wetaug, Clifford Treece of Anna, Cody Mayberry of Jonesboro; two nieces, Dorinda Treece of Anna, Patricia (Mayberry) and husband Dan Prater; one brother in law, Wayne Mayberry of Jonesboro; one sister in law, Delilah (Woody) Treece of Jonesboro; many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beverly (Treece) Mayberry and brother, Jack E. Treece. Danny was a member of the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church for many years. Graveside services for Danny L. Treece will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 14, 2017 at Kelly Cemetery in Cobden with Brent Gordon officiating. Interment will be in the Kelley Cemetery. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church.Envelopes are available at the cemetery and Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home.
