Curtis Ray Mayberry Jr.

Mr. Curtis Mayberry Jr., age 49 of Cobden, died at 12:15 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2016 in the Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. He was born November 13, 1966 in Anna, the son of Curtis Ray Sr. and Alice Fay (Schlichting) Mayberry. He married Terri Mowery on June 24, 1995 in Las Vegas, NV. Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Terri Mayberry of Cobden; daughter, Danisha Ward of Cobden; two grandchildren, Trenton and Collin Ward; mother, Alice Fay Mayberry of Anna; cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father. Curtis worked as a butcher for twenty nine years before his current job at Glenbrooke Cila Home in Vienna. He loved hunting and spending time with his grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Ray Mayberry Jr. will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Billy Carter officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
