Claudia Kay Leslie

Claudia Kay Leslie, age 73 of Anna, died Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Integrity Healthcare in Anna. She was born, December 24, 1950 in Washington Park, the daughter of Calvin and Marguerite (Duvall) Leslie.

Claudia is survived by her daughter, Chelena Dewitt of Anna; son, Craig Leslie; grandchildren, Madison Mowell of Anna, Breezy Leslie (Hilery Hutchason) of Ullin, Koda Leslie of Jonesboro, Cassidy Leslie of Anna; great grandson, Tucker Mowell of Anna; sister, Trena (Terry) Lingle of Jonesboro; sister in law, Elisapeta Leslie of Honolulu, Hawaii; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Randy, Wayne and John Leslie.

Claudia worked many years as an LPN at Union County Hospital and retired from Tamms Supermax Prison in December of 2012 when they closed. She was an avid reader and loved her grandchildren dearly. Claudia loved to be outdoors; she enjoyed fishing and going camping. She will be truly missed by everyone who loved her.

A celebration of life for Claudia will be announced at a later date.
