Mrs. Christy Parks, age 39 of Anna, died at 1:02 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Union County Hospital in Anna. She was born July 18, 1976 in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Steve and Patricia (Tellor) Landreth. She married John Parks on February 4, 2014 in Jonesboro. Christy is survived by her loving husband, John Parks of Anna; son, Jason Landreth of Anna; father and mother, Steve and Patricia Landreth of Anna; paternal grandmother, Deloris Landreth of Jonesboro; father and mother in law, David and Linda Parks of Jonesboro; brother, Michael (Lacey) Landreth of Jackson, MO; step-children, Erika, Emily, Esten and Evan Parks all of Anna; John's grandmothers, Mary Ada Parks of Anna and Irma Frick of Jonesboro; other relatives and many friends. Christy attended Harvest Church in Anna. Funeral services for Mrs. Christy Parks will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Tony Foeller officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
