Charlotte Lee Rooney

Charlotte Lee Rooney, age 74 of Dongola, died Wednesday, December 2, 2020. She was born September 3, 1946 in Cairo, the daughter of Albert Lee and Vera Faye (Foster) Jones. She married John Rooney. Charlotte is survived by her husband, John Rooney of Dongola; children, Bonnie Rooney of Anna, Kenny Demery of Anna, Bill Rooney of Anna, Louella Snyder of West Frankfort, and John Bailey of Anna; grandchildren, Jada and Evan Rooney, Gary and Amanda Morrison, Kaitey and Jordan Bailey; siblings, Gary Jones of Florida, Larry Jones of Anna, Mike Jones of Anna, and Dianne Alfaro-Stivers of Missouri; cousin, Jennifer Cannom. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no services held at this time.
