Cathy Sue (Arnold) Evans

Cathy Sue Evans, age 69 of Jonesboro, died Monday, September 9, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN. She was born March 2, 1955 in Anna, the daughter of William Eric and Helen Kathleen (Fuller) Arnold.

Cathy is survived by her two daughters, Jackie (Michael) Penrod of Jonesboro, and Heather (Vanessa) Hamilton of Grand Chain; grandson, Shaun Waddington; two sisters, Vicky Arnold of Carmi and Connie Arnold of Anna; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; life partner, Kenny Turner; son, Kenny Turner Jr; and one sister, Darlene Turner.

Cathy worked for over thirty years with Dixie Cream Donuts. She enjoyed spending time with her family and will be deeply missed by her daughters.

A celebration of Cathy's life will be Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Anna City Park from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
