Carolyn Sue Cash

Mrs. Carolyn Sue Cash, age 83 of Anna, died at 1:00 a.m. Sunday, November 3, 2013 in the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born January 31, 1930 in Marion, the daughter of Ralph and Eva Harris Travelstead. She married William David "Woody" Cash Jr. on March 15, 1947 in Marion. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1996. Carolyn is survived by one daughter, Cindy (George) Magaletta of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one son Rod Sr. (Menda) Cash of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Tammy (Keith) Johnson, Rodney Jr. (Amy) Cash and Jenny (Jason) Sadler all of Jonesboro; seven great grandchildren, Lauren and Logan Johnson, Taylor and Austin Cash, Ally and Abby Williams and Jenna Sadler; one brother, Jerry (Barb) Travelstead of Marion; one nephew, Jeff Travelstead; one niece Camilla (Ryan) Avery; one great nephew, Ty Avery; one great niece, Carly Jo Avery; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband "Woody Cash". Carolyn was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anna for 48 years. She served the Lord in her church in many ways, one being the Media Librarian for 43 years. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Sue Cash will be held privately. Interment will be in the Odd Fellow cemetery in Marion. Memorial contributions may be made to the Media Library at the First Baptist Church in Anna. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
