Bridget Barr-Sellars

Mrs. Bridget Barr-Sellars, age 51 of Cobden, died at 5:05 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 in the Jonesboro Rehab and Care Center in Jonesboro. She was born October 10, 1961 in Elmhurst, Illinois, the daughter of John G. Jr. and Adrienne G. Sopher Barr. She married Carl Sellars on February 4, 2004 in Makanda. Bridget is survived by her loving husband, Carl Sellars of Cobden; one daughter, Melissa Nicole Unnerstall; one son, Brian Scott Jr. (Jacqueline Lorraine) Unnerstall; ones step-son, Dustin Shane Sellars; two step-daughters, Melissa (Jason) Lewis and Miranda Sellars; six grandchildren, Jordy Scott Unnerstall, Ethan Anthony Mann, Brian Scott Unnerstall III, Ellie Catherine Rose Sellars, Kaitlyn Meadow Galadrel Lewis, and Elijah Rasha Williams; three brothers, John G. Barr III, Michael G. Barr, James R. Barr; one sister, Margit Barr; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services for Mrs. Bridget Barr-Sellars will be at 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden with Father Federico Higuera officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Makanda. Friends may call after 10:00 a.m. and until the service hour at 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden.
