Brenda Gail Sadler

Brenda Gail Sadler, age 68 of Dongola, died Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. She was born July 14, 1952 in Anna, the daughter of Jewel "Red" and Lavanda Ruth (Carraker) Henderson. She married Paul Sadler on July 25, 1970 in Anna. Brenda is survived by her husband, Paul Sadler of Dongola; son, Tim (Michele) Sadler of Rochester; son-in-law, Chad Deaton of New Burnside; grandchildren, Elijah, Alison, Maya, and Ella Sadler, Daxton and Bella Deaton; siblings, Cheryl (Larry) Jaymes of Wamego, KS and Terry (Billie) Henderson of Cobden; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughters, Tiffany Sadler and Britney Deaton. Brenda loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by many. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Tim Sadler officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. All those attending will be required to wear a face covering and observe social distancing guidelines. Maximum occupancy of the building will be kept to 50 persons at a time. Memorials may be made to the North American Mission Board. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
