Bonnie Marie Hileman, age 88 of Anna, passed away peacefully, Tuesday July, 28, 2026 at her home. She was born May 24, 1938 in Williamson County, the daughter of Loren and Mabel (Taylor) Jones. She married William Hileman on October 13, 1956 in Anna. He preceded her in death on March 24, 2020.
Bonnie is survived by her children, Douglas E. (Elizabeth) Hileman of Anna, Kurtis N. (Melanie) Hileman of Jonesboro, Russell L. (Sherri) Hileman of Anna, Lynn G. (Connie) Hileman of Anna, and Brenda Hileman of Anna; grandchildren, Sarah (Matthew) Song, Jacob E. (Nadia) Hileman, Lucas E. (Rachael) Hileman, Nicole Hileman, April R. (Patrick) Shields, Joshua (Tiffany) Hileman, Amy (Mark) Glasco, Rebecca (Josh) Partridge, Daniel (Melanie) Hileman, Paul Hileman; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Abigail and Gideon Song, Finley, Emma and Leah Hileman, Wyatt, Joelle, and Landry Hileman, Averie and Madison Dickinson, Millie, Morgan and Asher Shields, Brad, Eli and Kooper Glasco, Drake, Leigha, Isaac and Rosemary Hileman, Mattilynn Houseman, Ali Hileman, Kyran and Bryce Partridge, Averie and Lucie Hileman; sisters, Marilyn Lingle of Jonesboro and Anna Ellen Lipe of Carbondale; other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Hileman; brother, Wesley Jones and sister, Evelyn Butcher.
Bonnie was a faithful member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church for many years. She helped prepare meals for events and special occasions at the church and also helping with the Pumpkin Patch during Halloween. Bonnie loved her family dearly, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She loved making Christmas breakfast and having all her family around the table.
Bonnie retired from the Corp of Engineers where she worked as the Executive Secretary. She worked on numerous projects, but she enjoyed her time at the Olmstead Lock and Dam the most. She loved quilting and was a member of the Homemakers Group. Bonnie enjoyed fishing and camping, and the memories made to last a lifetime.
Funeral services for Bonnie Marie Hileman will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2026 at Anna Heights Baptist Church with Darryl Williams officiating. Interment will follow in the Anna Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. until the service at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2026 at the Anna Heights Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Anna Heights Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the church and the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home. A private live steam link will be available from the church upon request. Please notify the funeral home if you wish to attend virtually.
