Bobby "Bob" Marks

Bob Marks, age 81 of Cobden, died Sunday, November 25, 2018 at his home. He was born October 25, 1937 in Alto Pass, the son of Elmer Lee "Pete" and Mary B. (Penrod) Marks. Bob is survived by his life Partner, Lisa Adams of Cobden; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Clifton Marks, Phyllis Marks, Dewey Marks, Rosalee Cooms and Don Marks. Bob was a member of the Union Springs Baptist Church. He worked in construction and cattle farming until his retirement. He was a member of the Laborers Local 773 in Marion for many years. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Cobden with Pastor Jerry King officiating. Interment will be in the Alto Pass Cemetery.
