Billie E. Kelley

Mrs. Billie E. Kelley, age 87 of Jonesboro, died at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014 at her home. She was born November 2, 1926 in Dongola, the daughter of William H. and Lova Lowrance Fisher. She married Harold Kelley on June 7, 1952 in Clay County Arkansas. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1995. Billie is survived by her two sons, William Scott (Elizabeth) Kelley of Jonesboro, John Kevin Kelley of Rogersville, TN; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Bobby Fisher of Dongola; one sister, Betty McIntire of Dongola; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Harold Kelley. Billie was retired from Florsheim Shoe Company after forty eight years of service. According to her wishes, Billie will be cremated. Interment will be held privately in the Dongola American Legion Cemetery.
