Bill W. Tucker

Bill W. Tucker, age 90 of Wolf Lake, died Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. He was born July 27, 1930 in Anna, the son of Fredrick Oscar and Allie Marinda (Crowell) Tucker. He married Mary Lucille Kelley on April 2, 1960 in Anna. She preceded him in death on January 5, 2021. Bill is survived by his daughter, Kathy (Michael) Myers of Grand Tower; grandchildren, Brandon (Sheila) Myers and Will (Holly Lemay) Myers; great-grandchildren, Allie, Zoe, and Branson Myers, and Addie Cranon; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one brother, and two sisters. Bill was a member of the Wolf Lake Methodist Church. He proudly served his country in the Unites States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the V.F.W Post #3455 in Anna. He worked at the Trojan Powder Plant for 37 years. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Brother Jack Thorton. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the funeral home.
