Berneice E. Dahmer

Berneice E. Dahmer, age 88 of Jonesboro, died at 4:47 am, Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at her home. She was born February 19, 1922 in West Frankfort, the daughter of Elmer and Opal Lela (Clam) Ice. Berneice attended the Big Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include her significant other, Delbert Knupp of Jonesboro; a sister, Patricia Joan Oliver of Clarkston, MI, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Curtis Young. Graveside services for Berneice will be held Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Jonesboro Cemetery with Rev. Joe Aldridge officiating. Family members and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to TIP Hospice and envelopes will be available at the cemetery and at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
