Barbara I. Jones

Mrs. Barbara I. Jones, age 73 of Anna, died at 5:52 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012 at her home in Anna. She was born May 27, 1939 in Anna, the daughter of George Edward and Annie Blonn Treece Earnhart. She married James Kent Jones on January 1, 1976 in Anna. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2007.Barbara is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Denise Rhine of Alto Pass; two step-sons, Roger Jones of Jonesboro and Dale Jones of Anna; two grandchildren, Jessica Rendleman and Natalie Gee both of Anna; one great grandchild, Jackson Rendleman; one sister, Annette Lutz of Elgin; two nieces, Robin Johnston and Wendy Danielson-Byars; two great nieces Kendall Johnston and Megan Danielson; close friend, Yvonne Burris; other relatives and many friends. Barbara was a member of the Anna Heights Baptist Church for many years. She taught the toddler Sunday school class. She worked for Bishop-Davis Ford and retired from the Transcraft Corporation as an accountant. Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara I. Jones will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna with Rev. Mark Roath officiating. Interment will be in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery in Lick Creek. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna. Memorial contributions may be made to the Anna Heights Baptist Church for the Toddlers Sunday School Class. Envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
