Anthony W. "Tony" Winsor

Mr. Anthony "Tony" W. Winsor, age 50 of Marion, died at 5:30 pm, Saturday, May 18, 2013 in Marion. Tony was born on February 12, 1963 in Anna, the son of Gordon Dale and Donna L. (Childers) Winsor. He was married to Angela Kimmel on January 29, 1994. Tony is survived by his three children, Tohri Jahnae Winsor, Savannah Margarite Winsor and Jaden Winsor all of Marion; his mother, Donna L. Swink of Dongola; two brothers, Kerry D. Treece of Wetaug and Ron Swink of Cape Girardeau, MO; one sister, Laura Dawn Patterson of Marion; his special friend, Michelle Glowa; one aunt, Helen Bedwell of Brighton; two great aunts, Wanda Bowen and Deloris Dover, both of Anna; many cousins, nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Dale Winsor; his step-father, James Swink; two brothers, Larry Don McKee and Donald Shane Swink and his maternal grandparents, Benton and Ethel Hancock. Tony was a wonderful father, son and brother. He loved his children more than life and he spent his spare time enjoying time with them. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him and even those who didn't. Tony was a graduate of Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. He was an owner and operator of Winsor Railway Contracting, Inc. and owner of the Tower Square Pub and also Southern Pools and Spas. He was an avid fisherman. Tony was bigger than life and will never be forgotten. Our lives will forever be changed. Funeral services for Mr. Anthony "Tony" W. Winsor will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro with Pastor Don Schluter officiating. Interment will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery.
